1mg vs. 5mg of Melatonin – Studies show that 1-5mg of melatonin are found to be similarly effective as 5-10mg. Based on these findings, we consciously created a mint containing 1mg & 5mg of melatonin and advise starting out with 1mg, and if needed, increased the dose up to a maximum of 10mg.
