When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Ballroom Box uses the information that we collect in order to operate and maintain our website and/or applications, and/or any other services provided to you. Ballroom Box also uses your information in order to (i) send you marketing communications, (ii) respond to your questions and concerns and (iii) help our partners to improve their online offerings.

However, we will not be liable for any damages that may result from the misuse of your personal information by these companies.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. For example, when you subscribe to a Quarterly Subscription, you consent to have your account charged on agreed recurring timeline until directed otherwise in writing.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 18, you should use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and should not submit any personal information to us. If we discover that a person under the age of 13 has provided us with any personal information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such person’s personal information from all Ballroom Box systems.
Your Rights: Access, Correction, Deletion
We retain the personal data that you provide to us when you registered with the Ballroom Box website and/or application or any other information that you volunteered while using the website and/or application for (i) as long as your account is active or (ii) otherwise for a limited period of time as long as we need to fulfill the purposes for which we have initially collected it unless otherwise required by law. We retain any information provided as described in the Uses of Information below.
You have the right to request access to the information that Ballroom Box has on you. You can do this by contacting us at contact@ballroombox.me. In order to comply with your request, we may have to verify your identity. If you believe that the information that we have about you is incorrect, you are able to contact us at contact@ballroombox.me with the change request. Any data that is no longer needed for the purposes specific below will be deleted. You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data that we have on you. If you wish to do so, please contact us at contact@ballroombox.me. Note that Ballroom Box may not be able to delete any depersonalized data on you.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact or bill you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at contact@ballroombox.me.
SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Square stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
